Everything you need to know about your experience.

What happens during Gin School?

Be greeted with a welcome drink when you arrive at the distillery.
Meet your botanicals. You'll get hands-on with ingredients and build your recipe.
Distil. You'll run your own mini copper still and produce your gin.
Bottle, name, and label it yourself.
Head to the bar for a G&T made from the gin you just made.

How long does Gin School run, and when?

Three to four hours, every Saturday at 2pm.

How much does Gin School cost?

$240 per person.

What's the group size?

Minimum three guests, maximum ten. It's intentionally small so you get a personal still and real attention from the instructor.

Do I need any prior experience?

None. The session works whether you've never thought about what's in your glass or you've been collecting gin for years. Your instructor will guide you based of your experience and knowledge level.

What do I take home from Gin School?

Your own full-sized bottle of gin, named and labelled by you. Every bottle is different because every recipe is uniquely your own.

Can I do Gin School as a private group?

Yes. Private sessions can be arranged for birthdays, team offsites, and corporate groups. Contact experiences@brassliondistillery.com for more information.

Is Gin School available as a gift?

Yes. Gin School gift vouchers are available here.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Sessions are non-refundable once booked. Tickets are fully transferable to another guest if your plans change.
